SAP ABAP development utilizes many enhancement technique for mass activities.Transaction FQEVENTS is meant to maintain FI-CA events and some specific events which are used by the mass activities. There are many enhancement techniques used in SAP ABAP.
For this method to be used for enhancement, we have to find out events for the transaction and check the documentation for the function modules available for those events. The functionality which is provided by these function modules has to be used for enhancement.
How to find if transaction has above modification technique available?
Function Module to determine FQEVENTS for a transaction is: FKK_FUNC_MODULE_DETERMINE. From above function module we will get which events are fired when a transaction is called.
For transaction FPCPL there are 3 events
- Event 0222:
The function module processed in event 0222 enables you to specify an include screen for the payment lot item. You can then edit installation-specific additional fields on this screen. The program name (PROGN) and screen number (DYNNR) are expected as return values in the return structure E_CUST.
- Event 0232:
With a function module processed in event 0232, you can activate an installation-specific additional function on the detail screen for the payment lot.
