Reduce Time and Efforts by Using Automatic Transfer Order (TOR) in SAP

When warehouse management is involved in SAP sales process, it is mandatory to create Transfer Order (TOR) while doing Post Goods Issue (PGI). In Sales process after creating Sales order we need to do Delivery. At delivery level if warehouse management is involved for that business process we can not enter the Picking Quantity (Delivery quantity to customer) manually. Here we have to create TOR for that delivery for getting goods confirmed from particular warehouse > storage type > storage bin as shown in below screen

General process for creating TOR:

During creating delivery we have to enter the required data Shipping point, selection date and Sales order number after executing the order number we will enter in to delivery creation. Before going to save the delivery we have to execute manually to crate the transfer order as shown below screen. If warehouse management is involved in business process for every delivery we have to create TOR manually for every time.

Solution:

We have done an enhancement to get automatic TOR screen pop up at delivery change mode when user save the delivery ,system automatically get the Transfer Order screen to fill the data to do further process. As shown in below screen:
